On this page we will link to non-personal data sets as they are published across the Home Office.
This is the first step to meeting one of the key recommendations in the Power of Information Taskforce Report (new window).
The government should ensure that public information data sets are easy to find and use. The government should create a place or places online where public information can be stored and maintained (a 'repository') or its location and characteristics listed (an online catalogue)’ - Recommendation 14.
If you write about or comment on these data sets, please include the hash-tag #honpdata. This will help us gather your thoughts and suggestions, and make use of these in developing this resource, which we hope will become a valuable source of public information.
