GHG Emissions by major facilities 2004-2008

Environment Canada will release the collected information to other government organizations and the public in general, in accordance with the provisions of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, S.C. 1999, c. 33. For facilities in Alberta, the information may also be released in accordance with the Climate Change Emissions Management Act, S.A. 2003, c. C-16.7 and the Specified Gas Reporting Regulation. Reporters can request that their information be treated as confidential by Environment Canada and Alberta Environment.
