Copyright. This statistical data is available from first October 2004 onwards, free of charge on Eurostat's web site. Provided that the source is acknowledged, it may be reproduced under the conditions specified in the general copyright notice.
Licence for redissemination of Eurostat data for commercial purposes. Commercial redistribution is permitted, subject to the conclusion of a licence agreement with the Publications Office. This licence entitles the Contractor to distribute to third parties, on the conditions described in the licence, the information published by Eurostat. The licence specifies coverage of data (with exceptions), acknowledgements and responsibilities. The licence is free of charge.

Microdata are confidential data which contain information about individual statistical units.
The current legal framework enables access to anonymised microdata available at Eurostat only for scientific purposes.
Specific conditions on how to obtain microdata can be found under each section on the left.

- LFS (Labour Force Survey)
- CIS (Community Innovation Survey)
- AES (Adult Education Survey)
- EU-SILC (European Union Statistics on Income and Living Conditions)
- SES (Structure of Earnings Survey)
- FSS (Farm Structure Survey)
The above mentioned sets are being disseminated except for FSS, which will follow in due course.
