Presidential and local elections in Bulgaria - crowdsoruced data on irregularities and fraud

This data was crowd sourced over the course of several months before and during the 2011 Bulgarian presidential and local elections. The description is in Bulgarian, but is easily translatable with Google trans. The website has an English version as well. There are about 320 approved incidents and quite a lot of those are verified though media, police and election committee reports.
