'Bulk' download is now available via http://mdgs.un.org/unsd/mdg/Handlers/ExportHandler.ashx?Type=Csv though unfortunately this is not a dump but an action that returns the resulting dataset (after ~60s). The download dataset is therefore a cached version of this data.

A browseable web interface can be found at http://openeconomics.net/mdg/ as well as on main UN site (see package url). There is also python code for handling the raw csv data.
