  • Access: all data available for download from the website in open formats (rtf/txt/sas transport).
  • License: no license is specified and on the front page there is a copyright notice [HTML_REMOVED] ESFDB March 1995. Notes accompanying individual datasets seem to imply that usage is freely permitted as long as adequate citation is given though focus is on academic work (so 'commercial' use not clear).
