Drinking Healing Potion

Drinking healing potion can be done in 2 ways:

1. as a Bonus Action - character drinks in haste spilling some of the potion - player rolls for Hit Points gained from the potion
2. as a full Action - character takes time to drink the potion, healing takes full effect - player gains maximum Hit Points potion provides
