Firstly, Incoming requests that attempt to floor User's Services are passed though the cloud proxy, equipped with a CDN Cache & Web Application Firewall to eliminate most Application Layer (OSI Layer 7) attacks. For OSI Layer 3 & 4 attacks, Signature Based Anomaly Detection system are placed. Traffic is segmented into "safe" or "anomaly" and routed to respective systems.
"Anomaly" traffic are logged & monitored to trigger a Containerized Rollback System of the User's Services for safe measures. The log management System monitors real time traffic as well as fluctuations from historical data to detect high spike traffic activities & take precaution measures such as increase rate limiting, update containers & trigger rollbacks. While all traffic pass through a rate limiter to enter the User's API Gateway and into the premise of the User's Systems. Internally, a Vulnerability Assessment System is placed to detect exploitable security vulnerability whenever there are updates on the User's Services. On top of all these services, a User side Dashboard is provided to Integrate their Systems, monitor traffic & manually set mitigation measures if required.
