As contributors, maintainers, and members of the Tricharmé Control Authority (TCA) ecosystem, we are committed to fostering a professional, respectful, and harassment-free environment. We aim to preserve the integrity, reliability, and long-term consistency of all TCA datasets, documentation, and semantic structures.
- Our Standards
Positive, expected behaviours include:
Acting with professionalism, clarity, and mutual respect
Being receptive to ideas, technical alternatives, and structured feedback
Owning mistakes and correcting them promptly
Prioritising the quality, consistency, security, and governance of shared data
Collaborating in ways that strengthen the TCA ecosystem
Unacceptable behaviours include:
Harassment, discrimination, or hate speech
Personal attacks or aggressive language
Publishing private or confidential information without permission
Spamming, trolling, or intentionally disrupting project governance
Actions that compromise data integrity, versioning, or semantic compliance
- Enforcement Responsibilities
Project maintainers are responsible for:
Defining and upholding behavioural standards
Taking corrective action in response to unacceptable behaviour
Editing, removing, or rejecting comments, commits, issues, or pull requests that violate this Code
Applying all guidelines in alignment with the TCA – Governance & License Dataset (v2.0.0)

This Code applies to:
GitHub repositories and discussions
Official TCA datasets published under /.well-known/
Documentation, issues, pull requests, mirrors and public communication
Any context where an individual is representing or interacting with the TCA ecosystem
- Reporting
To report a violation, contact:

Reports will be handled promptly, confidentially, and without retaliation. Any attempt to penalize someone for reporting will result in enforcement action.
- Enforcement Guidelines
To ensure predictable and fair governance, violations may lead to the following actions:
Level 1 — Correction
Impact: Minor, isolated inappropriate behaviour Consequence: Private written notice with clarification
Level 2 — Warning
Impact: Repeated or significant violations Consequence: Temporary participation restrictions
Level 3 — Temporary Ban
Impact: Continuous or intentional disruption Consequence: Temporary suspension from all TCA communication channels
Level 4 — Permanent Ban
Impact: Severe, harmful, or repeated unethical misconduct Consequence: Permanent removal from the project
