The EU emission trading system (ETS) is one of the main measures introduced by the EU to achieve cost-efficient reductions of greenhouse gas emissions and reach its targets under the Kyoto Protocol and other commitments. Python 2 together with modules urllib and zipfile are required in order to process the data.
Processing
Run the following script from this directory to download and process the data:

The raw data are output to ./tmp. The processed data are output to ./data.
