I am into a lot of things. I am often exploring something I get super attached to it i would often to go an extreme and then i find something else.

Studied nonprofit management in Germany and always wanted to have a nonprofit organisation of mine (still on the list)

I am super interested in Nutrition and sport.

CLEARING MY MIND

Myu goals or thoughts:

  • Start diastasis recti exercises every morning for 12 mins

Some ideas for how I can embody these words more often this upcoming week are:

  • Acknowledge your team's efforts, be calm, and offer guidance. Embody what you want to see. Restore the integrity when it's not full. Be a stand for other people's integrity. Data-driven and not emotions-driven

Some people in my life whom I could improve my interactions with this week include:

  1. my fiance

  • Show my fiance that I am attracted to him (and that I find him sexy)
  • Be patient and cognisant with my baby. Be present
  • Say I love you to my family as often as possible. Spend quality time with them (be present)
  • Breathe in and out 3 times before you say something or do something. Release tension, set intention exercise
