Anu to add more stuff about harvesters in https://github.com/ckan/ckan/issues/7492 esp about NHS/National Grid work with Aircan.
Joel to point GSA folks to that discussion and try to get paid pilot project from them.

Notes:

Dathere is focusing on larger and few clients for now as they feel stretched/complicated to do a lot of small clients.
Joel has raised multi-tenant CKAN before and his vision about commoditizing CKAN. But he isn't sure if it can be sustainable.
Joel thinks CKAN provides a classic Library catalog which is not very innovative and appealing. We need to look into other features esp around getting meaning out of data rather than cataloging raw data.
Joel thinks we should focus on GSA short-term and try to get a pilot project with them.
- He thinks Civic Actions aren't a great partner. They have been a reason why GSA project wasn't really successful.
- People were frusturated with Andres and he was working on harvesters stuff.
- No idea what happened with CKAN operator (spinning up a CKAN intance per gov agency etc.)
Generally, Joel isn't really interested in selling our SaaS offering but open to provide feedback.
Joel hates RFPs and doesn't want to do it anymore. He thinks in the US tenders are done when decision is already made so it's only for formality.
