Creating datasets the data literate way with drag and drop

Creating datasets should be like create a blog post where you just drag and drop data into the "document" and they upload in the background. Data Literate documents and publishing. The most natural way to go.

Key points:

• "Data Literate" approach: Document (text) first approach which encourages writing some text
  • "Starting with the README" (even if empty) encourage documentation and to write at least some text. Though emphasize not required.
• Uses a UI/UX approach and metaphor that users are now highly familiar with regarding uploading (cf most publishing platforms plus github issues etc)
  • Immediate previewing: immediately see the data
• Zero "metacrap" getting in the way of sharing: no upload forms, asking for this or that metadata
