About this dataset
Postal Codes Dataset for Estonia (EE)
This dataset lists Estonian postal codes with place names, counties (all of them), parishes/municipalities, towns/settlements and WGS84 coordinates. It carries three administrative tiers.
Column definitions, row count, size and last-updated date are in datapackage.yaml.
Data Sources

Changes made to the source data: county codes (admin_code1) written as ISO 3166-2:EE codes by name crosswalk from the GeoNames internal codes, and the literal string "nan" in source fields left empty.

Known limitations
- GeoNames' own region codes are internal numbers unrelated to the ISO codes, so
admin_code1is derived from the county name rather than copied. alternative_city_nameis not populated.
Usage
The dataset files are available in CSV format and can be accessed and downloaded using
the links provided in datapackage.yaml.
